Air Gnome
I decided this past weekend to take a trip over to London for the Mushroom Festival at Carluccio’s in Spitalfields Market. I had to store my little pickaxe in a locker before going through airport security.
Garden Gnome Visible from Space?
Some of the fine folks in Germany have created a garden gnome made from flowers. If you follow this wee link you can fly to the garden gnome using Google Earth. Not quite the Great Wall, but still a site to behold.

The Gnome Reserve
This sounds like a lovely little holiday and look how happy the children are … though I would be smothered by that hat.
Set amid truly rural countryside between Bideford and Bude just 7 miles from the Devon Cornwall border. The 4 acre Reserve comprises woodland, stream, 30 yard pond, meadow and garden – home to 1000+ gnomes and pixies, and about 250 labeled species of wild flowers, herbs, grasses and ferns.
Gnome hats are loaned free of charge together with fishing rods, so you don’t embarrass the gnomes!
Gnome Hijacking!
Early yesterday evening, an unidentified garden gnome was spotted hijacking a Blue Angels jet over San Francisco. The jet then disappeared into the clouds, and authorities are still trying to locate it. If you have any information leading to the arrest of said garden gnome, please contact authorities immediately!
